In case you haven't heard Karmichael Hunt is going from NRL to AFL! Hmm interesting. We even have thugby players wanting to change over to our great code. This particular aspect has got me thinking about a couple of things....
First of all. How on earth was this kept a secret? Everything these days gets leaked to the media and I'm surprised that this hadn't been. Now the people in the media would have felt left out because they didn't get a scoop before it was officially announced! Poor things!
Secondly. It makes me think that if Hunt can change over to AFL and go to the Gold Coast then why can't Barry Hall make the transition to NRL? It would be doing like a straight swap really. He He.
And finally. Karmichael Hunt has realised years later that Aussie Rules football is the best code that's why he changed. Or maybe it was the lure of the new team and money!
